Please note that no orders will be fulfilled, dispatched, or delivered on the following dates:
- All Singapore Gazetted Public Holidays: Deliveries will not occur on any national public holiday throughout the year.
- Christmas and New Year’s Period: Delivery services typically cease from December 24th through January 2nd annually. Specific cut-off dates will be published on the homepage.
- Lunar New Year / Chinese New Year (CNY): Deliveries will be paused for a minimum of 5-7 days, usually commencing two days before the official holiday period. Exact dates will be communicated prominently at least one month in advance.
What to Expect When Ordering
Order Processing: Our website remains open 24/7 for orders. Any order placed during a delivery suspension period will be accepted but will not be processed until the first business day following the holiday closure.
Fulfilment Priority: All holiday orders will be prioritized for fulfilment and dispatched immediately upon the resumption of normal service.
Planning Your Purchase: If you require items before a specific festive date, please ensure your order is placed well in advance of the publicly announced cut-off date to guarantee timely arrival.
